By using FreeSMS Verify (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

The Service displays publicly shared phone numbers that can receive SMS messages. These numbers are shared by all users. We do not provide private, dedicated, or secure phone numbers.

You agree NOT to use the Service for anything illegal, including but not limited to: fraud, spam, identity theft, unauthorized access to services, evading bans or regulations, or harassment.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Numbers may stop receiving messages at any time without notice. Do not rely on the Service for important or time-sensitive transactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from using shared public numbers for sensitive accounts.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
